2. How We Use Your Information

- Provide, maintain, and improve our scheduling services
- Process bookings and send confirmation emails
- Sync with your connected calendars to check availability and create events
- Send you notifications about your bookings and account
- Process payments and prevent fraud

- Generate AI meeting preparation sheets (for Pro users)

3. Calendar Integration & OAuth
When you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook:
- We request only the minimum permissions necessary to check availability and create events
- OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest
- We never share your calendar data with third parties
- You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your account settings
- Upon disconnection, we delete associated tokens and cached calendar data

- With meeting participants: Basic booking details are shared with people who book meetings with you
- Service providers: Third parties who assist in operating our platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing)
